Refund policy

Blessingz by Ayesha Farooq offers a 03-day return and exchange policy. You can request an exchange within 03 days of receiving  (Both-side delivery charges will be borne by the customer.)

To initiate an exchange or refund, simply contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at 0317-6180010  or email us at blessingz3510@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through a smooth return or exchange process.

Exchange  processing may take 3–10 business days.

A delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies for exchanges..

Refunds:
If an order qualified for free shipping, the standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 will apply for exchange parcel.

In the event of an exchange or refund, Blessingz by Ayesha Farooq reserves the right to charge delivery fees for one or both sides of shipping.
